Vista’s Value Creation Team (VCT) is the operating arm of Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a leading global investor in enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses.

Our team of operating executives, practice advisors, and consultants provide a differentiated understanding of how an enterprise software company can thrive, offering counsel and proven solutions to ensure Vista companies can grow, evolve, and lead in their markets.

With insights from hundreds of software investments made by Vista over two decades, VCT works alongside portfolio management teams to integrate best practices across GO-TO-MARKET, business operations, talent management, and product and technology, as well as other strategic value creation initiatives to enhance our ecosystem of enterprise software companies.

• 2-3 years of management consulting, investment banking or financial services experience
• In addition, 1-2 years of operating experience, ideally in a role focused on GTM, Growth or Corporate Development
• Experience should ideally be a combination of strategy and operational/implementation
• Interest in software, technology, and data enabled companies as well as GTM
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience in managing and influencing others indirectly
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to bring structure to large, complex questions with limited guidance
• Ability to multi-task and operate independently

The pay range for this role is expected to be between $110,000 – 120,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other components may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
