The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior level executives within the company, including but not limited to managing his/her schedule, travel, and expenses. The ideal candidate is highly organized, pragmatic, an expert multi-tasker and is not easily overwhelmed. Additionally, the Executive Assistant is comfortable interfacing with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients, vendors and candidates in a fast-paced environment. This role maintains and protects highly confidential corporate information, is the first point of contact both internally and externally, and works independently with minimal supervision or direction.
This role is based in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL and is for an immediate start.
As a Strategic Client Director, you will leverage your extensive experience selling software solutions to large financial services companies and managing complex relationships with key stakeholders. With over 15 years in the industry, you will serve as a pivotal individual contributor, responsible for understanding our clients' technology priorities, identifying the most suitable software solutions, and influencing sales opportunities through robust relationships with customers and senior executives. You will represent Vista’s portfolio leading software solutions to Vista’s most strategic bank partners. Success will not only be based on transaction volume but also on building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders including bank, portfolio companies and Vista executives. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, sales influence, product alignment, customer advocacy and market intelligence.
